We recommend Plotagon Studio Mobile our newest and most feature rich app, and Plotagon Studio Desktop our classic for PC.

You do not need a subscription to access and create videos with Plotagon apps. There are some free-to-use scenes and character creation tools, though other scenes, characters, character creation tools, voice options, and more advanced features are subscription-locked. We have a variety of subscription options available for all budgets. Check within the app for pricing and subscription options.

For our mobile apps, go to the in-app Shop / Settings screen and tap on "Restore Purchases". Please be sure to have your device's internet access available, as it's necessary to confirm subscriptions.

This is an issue you will need to take up with your mobile device's app marketplace payment service provider who will be able to help you. As all payments for Plotagon mobile apps are run directly through Google Play and/or iOS App Store, they handle payment-related issues including cancellations.

Unfortunately, if you delete the Plotagon app from your device, the videos and characters you created will be gone for good as well. As they are saved directly to your device, there is no way for us to recover them. You should still have any rendered videos you downloaded wherever you originally saved them.

Yes! Plotagon uses internet access for multiple reasons:

1. Upon starting the app, it uses internet to check with your mobile device's app marketplace to confirm whether you have an up-to-date subscription to content.

2. When using the app, if there are particular scenes, characters, character design items, sounds, songs, or voices that you have access to via a subscription or ticket, but haven't used yet or since updating, internet access to download is necessary.

FYI, to save your mobile device's memory space, Plotagon only includes a small selection of available content when you first install the app.
